Direct care positions provide hands-on support and care to people with health conditions, 疾病, or disabilities and are among the fastest-growing and highest-demand jobs in Iowa.
Who are direct care professionals?
Direct care professionals go by many titles—certified nurse aide, home care and home health aide, personal care attendant, direct support professional, 还有更多. This valuable segment of the workforce serve in private homes, assisted living and nursing facilities, 医院, 成人日托中心, and a variety of settings for people with disabilities.
